Navigate to the Pay Later Funding section and press the "Learn More" button to start the loan application process.
You will need to first confirm the the house address you are selling, If the address is different from the house you are selling, you can select "Enter New Address" to insert the listing address for the house you are selling.
Insert the value of your house, your target list price, and the target list date.
Now you will insert your current mortgage balance, credit score (you can use a ballpark number if you are not sure), total monthly debt payments, and your monthly income.
At this time you will get an approximate estimate for your loan. To finalize the loan application process, insert your social security number, date of birth and if you have a co-borrower, you will click the checkbox and insert the co-borrower's information. Select the checkbox to authorize the lender to obtain a consumer report and ensure you review the legal documents and disclosures before you select the checkbox to agree. You can also have these documents emailed to you if you wish.
When finished, select "Submit".
